The cool climate, reminiscent of Tagaytay, makes it a refreshing escape from the city heat, especially from December to February.\n\nHighlands Park is home to the \"Kamot ni Panganoron,\" a giant hand sculpture that serves as a unique landmark and a popular photo spot with Mayon Volcano as a backdrop. The park also features the first-ever Luge Ride adventure in the Bicol Region, a 600-meter track with plans to extend it to one kilometer. Other attractions include the Street Food Republic Zone, where visitors can enjoy grilled meats, skewers, burgers, noodles, and pasta, as well as cafes, food parks, and giant sculptures. During certain nights, live bands and buskers provide entertainment at the Bar City Stage.\n\nUpcoming attractions include zipline and horseback riding adventures, while wall climbing, overnight camping, and bonfire gatherings are also being developed. The park is open daily from 9 AM to 2 AM, with a minimal entrance fee.
